A clearer animal profile and a reorganised Colonies menu
Each animal's profile now starts with what needs attention (overdue and upcoming doses) followed by its details in rows; on the phone, «Edit» is at the top with Event, Vaccine, Weight and More close at hand. In Colonies, the menu follows your day: a single list of animals (My animals, with the cats from every colony and, if you rehome animals, the rest), an «Out and about» group with visits, TNR campaigns and rescues, and your ID card inside Profile. The phone's centre button is now «+» to add a cat. Foster homes arrive too, for shelters and colonies: who is fostering each animal, since when and their reports, flagged if someone hasn't reported for days. If you belong to more than one organisation, you can switch between them from Settings or Profile on the web and from More on your phone.
Colonies: volunteers, TNR campaigns and ID cards; the app works offline
Colony organisations can now give their volunteers access, and they only see their own colonies. New: incidents with follow-up, TNR campaigns with a form the vet fills in from a link, ID cards with a QR code and caretaker training, the PDF report, census import and the internal map. On the phone, shelters, volunteers and foster homes can keep working without signal: tasks, vaccines, notes, weight, quick adds and reports are saved on the phone and upload on their own when you're back online. And the menu no longer repeats entries.
Public showcase, Excel import and help centre
Your shelter can now have a public showcase with the animals you choose: visitors can apply to adopt or write to you without an account. You can import your animals from your own Excel sheet, choosing what each column means. The menu is the same on the web and on mobile, with a shorter menu for volunteers. And we're launching the help centre with step-by-step guides and this what's new page, also in the app. Your shelter's full copy now includes foster homes, adoption applications, costs and billing. Donation certificates can only be issued if your organisation is under Law 49/2002, and always include the donor's tax ID.
Faster sign-in and invited shelters
Your profile loads faster when you sign in and signing out is instant. We can now invite a shelter to get started straight away, and there's a page to download the app.
New animal profile, chat and team on mobile
The animal profile is now organised in tabs. Chat, team management and kennels arrive on mobile, and you can send us suggestions from the app.
New design
Cucha has a clearer, simpler design on the web and on mobile, the same for shelters, fosters, adopters and colonies. With light and dark themes.
Cat colonies and costs per animal
A new module for organisations that manage cat colonies: census, health, visits and indicators. And each animal's profile gets a costs tab with one-off and recurring expenses.
Share an animal's profile
Share any animal by link, QR code or email from its profile.
Invite your adopters
Invite adopters with a link, a QR code or a code. Your animals are only visible to the people you invite.
Billing and exports
Issue invoices, receipts and donation certificates with their PDF. Export each animal's record, the shelter's lists and a full copy of your shelter.
