2. Purpose
Cucha is a web and mobile platform for managing animal shelters, foster homes and pet adoptions. Its use is governed by the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
Cucha's own content (software, design, text, brand and logos) belongs to its owner. Animal profiles, photos and text published by each shelter or user belong to whoever publishes them.
4. Liability
Information about animals is published by the shelters, which are responsible for its accuracy. Cucha does not replace advice from a vet or from official bodies.
5. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For complaints or official communications, write to legal@cucha.org.
