Delete your data

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

• Web: go to cucha.org, open Settings and tap “Delete account”.
• Mobile: open the Cucha app, go to Settings and tap “Delete account”.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in, email privacidad@cucha.org from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We'll reply within one month at the latest.

Deleting your Cucha account also deletes the data Facebook shared with us (name, email and profile picture). To also remove Cucha's access to your Facebook account, go to Facebook > Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites and remove Cucha.

• We delete your profile, your sign-in details and the information linked to your account.
• We only keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices and donation certificates for the tax retention periods) and backups until they are rotated.
• If you are an adopter, foster home or volunteer for a shelter, that shelter is responsible for the data it manages about you, and you can also ask it to delete it.
