1. Who sees what
Your animals are only visible to your team, your foster homes and the adopters you invite. If you turn on the public showcase, anyone can see the animals you mark, with their public details only: never the microchip, health, kennel or foster home. Adopters' details are only visible to your shelter. Foster addresses are never shown.
2. Your data is yours
You can export it whenever you want (see the «Exporting your data» guide).
3. If Cucha closes
We'll give you at least 60 days' notice, by email and in the app, and during that time you can download all your data.
4. How the app is used
To know which parts are used and improve them, we record which screens are opened, without the content of what you write.
