1. Create your shelter account
Request access at cucha.org. Once we've set you up, sign in with your email and fill in the shelter's name, city and contact details.
2. Invite your team
In People → Team, add each person with their email and choose their role (see the «The menu and roles» guide). They'll get an invitation to join the shelter.
- Everyone signs in with their own account.
- You can work at the same time from the web and the mobile app.
3. Set up the basics
Review the kennels or spaces in your shelter and the vets you work with, so you can assign them in one click later.
4. Add your animals
Create them one by one or import your list from Excel or CSV (see the «Importing animals from Excel or CSV» guide).
